Who I am
This website is run by Julia Kocot, who is responsible for your personal data (the data controller). You can contact me at juliakocot22@gmail.com.

What data I collect
This website doesn't use cookies. I only receive your personal data if you contact me yourself by email or phone. In that case, I process your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.

Website statistics
I use Framer's built-in analytics to see how many people visit this website and which pages they view. The statistics are anonymous, collected without cookies, and don't allow me to identify you.

Why I use your data
I use your data only to reply to your message and to talk about potential work together. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in answering your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How long I keep it
I keep our correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, and no longer than 12 months after our last contact, unless we start working together.

Hosting
This website is hosted by Framer B.V. (Netherlands). To deliver the site and keep it secure, Framer may process basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser type. More information: framer.com/legal/privacy-statement.

Sharing your data
I don't sell or share your data with anyone for marketing purposes. Your messages are stored with my email provider (Google).

Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy of it. To use any of these rights, email me. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl).

Changes
I may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
